    I’m a firm believer that yoga has something to offer everyone—it’s just a matter of discovering the right fit.

    Yoga has provided me with the essential tools to navigate life more effortlessly, and I’m eager to pass on the benefits.

    I bought my first yoga book in 1999 and completed my initial yoga teacher training in 2020. Since then, I’ve been teaching in Berlin and online, catering to both groups and private sessions.

    Who Doesn’t Have Trauma?

    You, like everyone else, can’t live 4+ decades on this planet and not experience pain and suffering.

    The hardest thing I had to go through so far were two miscarriages in 13 months.

    It hit me as part of my pre-menopause struggles, that means: with two adult and almost adult boys that I had spent the last 20+ years with. So for me, it was no family planning drama. But still enough to make my world quite shaky of a ground for a little over three years.

    I’ve prepared three little guides with all the things around pregnancy loss I would have preferred to learn from the internet instead of from experience. Maybe it helps:
